| At Christmas, my mom told Mark that one of his presents hadn't arrived, but that it would be shipped a few days after Christmas and in time for New Year's... My mom and I went to the airport to pick up the "present" (Lauren), to meet Matt, Megan (who also came down! Hooray!) and Mark at the restaurant. May 2001: College Ultimate National Championship |

| Matthew's Ultimate Frisbee team went to the College Ultimate Nationals in Boise, Idaho. Boise was actually a pretty neat city with beautiful scenery. Matt's team won the National Championship, and his roommate Justin won the League MVP award (his other roommate had won it the year before). They were very happy and did not take off the championship jerseys (black shirts seen below) for many days. | ||||||||

October 2001: Yankees-Orioles Game |

| Our cousin Stanley (thanks Stanley!) gave us third-row first base tickets to Yankee Stadium for the final Yankees-Orioles series. Unbelievable location! The games were to have been Cal Ripken's final series; due to Sept 11 the season was delayed and his final games were at Camden. It was still very cool to see him play. Matt caught a foul ball. | ||||||||
